A recent example is the development and delivery of VLEADS, a 3.5 day retreat for current and future leaders for Volvo Construction Equipment North America and Volvo Rents Worldwide.  Designed specifically to meet their unique needs and desires we combined therory, practice and application to specific outcomes that could be measured and incorporated into the daily business and personal lives of the participants. This is an annual offering that the company has incorporated into its professional development program.
