Our
approach to executive coaching is action-oriented and results driven.
We are clear that coaching is about action and results and not about consulting
or telling someone what to do. It is empowering the individual to take
the necessary actions to accomplish the goals they have set and to meet
the challenges they face.
We take a holistic
approach to working with our clients. We view ourselves as “journey
companions” and as an ally in supporting an executive’s development.
While we may initially be called upon to assist an executive with a specific
performance issue or business challenge, our experience suggests that
an on-going coaching relationship that addresses the “whole person”
has tremendous positive impact on the executive and the organization.
We coach executives in developing new competencies, honing personal leadership
approaches or attributes and challenge him or her to “design forward”
by exploring possibilities, contingency plans and alternate scenarios.
We assist in the development and empowerment of the individual’s
potential and contribution to the organization.
